On June 26-28, 2024, the COMNEXT exhibition in Tokyo officially opened. ORTE brought the latest fiber optic products and solutions to the event.
Exhibition Highlight
01 Custom Fiber Optic
A variety of miniaturized and integrated high-reliability fiber optic products were showcased. The featured isolator uses ultra-small packaging, measuring only 1.8×11mm. The newly launched optical circulator boasts excellent directionality. The Faraday Rotator Mirror (FRM) features low loss and low PDL. Additionally, various integrated micro-optical products can be customized based on specific requirements.
02 Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) Devices
Various WDM devices, including CWDM, DWDM, and FTTx WDM, were displayed. CWDM devices support a wavelength range of 1260-1650nm and can be expanded up to 18 wavelengths. DWDM devices follow the ITU Grid standard, supporting spectrum ranges from 50GHz to 200GHz, with compact designs suitable for high-density fiber optic communication networks. FTTx WDM is specifically designed for 10G-EPON wavelengths, with the smallest packaging diameter of 3.2mm, catering to different network deployment needs. Oxin Communications ensures the consistency and reliability of WDM products through advanced automated control technology.
03 Fused component with High-Reliability Multistage Packaging Technology
Fused couplers and combiners were also highlights of the exhibition. The couplers are available in various types, including 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, and 2×2, with the smallest packaging size being 1.8×16mm and a splitting ratio up to 0.1:99.9. They support a maximum optical power of 15W, suitable for various fiber optic sensing and high-power applications. The combiners support up to 2kW optical power, making them ideal for high-power laser applications. Oxin Communications’ unique multistage packaging technology in fused tapered devices ensures high reliability and stability.
04 MUX/DeMUX Modules
The latest MUX/DeMUX modules from ORTE support simultaneous transmission of multiple wavelengths. With dual-fiber connections, they can support up to 8 wavelengths, and with single-fiber connections, up to 16 wavelengths. They also feature expansion ports for seamless wavelength addition, flexibly meeting various needs.
